Writing Book Revives

On  Monday we went around to the teacher to read to us. My Favourite book was the eggs and ham. The funny bit was when Mr Jacobson spoke like being under water. I liked the bits when it kept saying the same thing that it said.

The Colors Bubbles

Today we went outside we were talking about bubbles we had four groups we took turns of the bubbles.

The bubbles looked liked a ball me and harlyn were Popping the bubbles.

The bubbles looked like the rainbow and the wind was blowing the bubbles.

The bubbles colors rainbows was floating swimming bubbles like a glad ball bubbles.

The Runaway Robot

The Scientist was invention a kind robot that liked to be kind to other people. The good robot michelin runaway. It was his first time seeing the world he had a light on him and he could fly everywhere to other people. He came to Pt England School to help other people to be kind.he loved playing with all the people to feel happy.he taught Toby how to not talk on the mat and not play around on the mat. He taught Captain Underpants how to save people and fly properly when he's saving people.Then Captain Underpants seid to the to the The good robot Scientist michelin “thank you for Teaching me.” The good robot said to Pt England School I “Want to stay at Pt England school to help the kids and we well be happy forever.the good robot taught the big kids how to not jump onto the Basketball hoop and the good robot said ”please” and the big kids did Listen to The good robot.He loved staying at PT England school because they were being nice to the good robot.

After a gap of 100 of years the Olympics return to Athens in 1896 the reason behind the recreation of the Olympics was close wone Pierre de Coubertin. He admired the Greeks ideal of fitness and sport communities amongst difference. And he hoped that the modern Olympics countries closer together.

The Olympics of 1896 in Athens in Greece had fourteen countries taking part with most of the athletes from Greece. This first modern Olympics was the largest meeting of international competitors that had ever occurred.The next Olympics were held in paris four years later and was the first to allowed women competitors this time the Olympics were part of a bigger event and lasted several months.

The Persians and Greeks used fencing to practice fighting.When they were fighting their swords and armor were very heavy and the soldiers arms would get very tired.120 years later at the Modern Olympic games people loved watching others win.People love playing other sports but fencing is most popular. They get a green light when they touch the person toward in front of them.  Competing in 1896 fencing become an olympic sport. The athletes use three kinds of swords the foil the epee and the sabre. With the foil you are only hit the chest.

Olympic Flame Origins

The Ancient Greeks started the tradition of having an Olympic flame in Olympia. A sacred flame lit by the sun's rays and stays alight until the games have ended. The flame symbolized a request for protection from Zeus and the athletes’ struggles for victory.

The modern flame symbolizes the light of the spirit, knowledge and life. To this day the torch is still lit in Olympia in Greece then carried by a relay team passing runner to runner until it reaches the host-city of the games. There the cauldron will be lit and stay alight until the closing ceremony.

The Olympic Games.

The Olympic Games over 2 and a half 1000 years ago in Ancient Greece. Greece was made up of several different states Including  Athens, Sparta and Corinth and they were often  at  war with each other. But when the games where no they Held a truce. This great event was held  at a places called Olympia and this is wilhe the games are called the Olympic games. They were held once every 4 years in honour of Zeus Lorde all the gods. Eventually the Ancient Olympic were abolished by the roman Emperor Theodosus the 1st who was the Cristen the games because they dedicated to a pagan god but the Olympics were allways remeber is a Symbol of Human achievement and Peace.  

Te Tuhi Trip

First thing in the morning we split up into two groups and the first group went to Te Tuhi on the bus.At morning tea the first group came back and the last group went to Te Tuhi.    With excitement on the bus and we were Singing on the bus.  Carefully walking off the bus we were lining up Waiting for jeremy he talked to us the first thing we went to the art room and we did some Shape and we did Drawing with Jeremy.  In our Shape and we Put it on the paper and we glud it on our paper.     When we were finished  our dream house we went to the movies After when we  went to the movies we had lunch and we talked about some cool stuff we did.

In my garden my flowers have Rotational symmetry.

This means that they can turn around.

In my garden my butterfly has my butterfly has four wings reflective symmetry.

This means that it means it’s the same.

In my garden my pathway shows tessellation

To make my pathway I repeated the Shapes.

This means that there’s no gap’s and it tessellation and  reflective symmetry

How I feel about my artwork or the whole process.	I felt proud of my painting because I liked my painting in the end. I loved my painting because it looked really good.
What did I enjoy most of all or what was the best thing about my painting.	I enjoyed painting because it’s fun and it make me happy.
What did I find hard or I didn’t like.	What I found hard In my painting was when to  not mix colors with each other. Also not putting the paint brush into the different colour.
How can I do my art better next time?	I can do my art better next time. because I put to much painting on my work because I always put too much  paint.
What was the most interesting thing I did or my friends did.	The most Interesting things was trying to listen Carefully if I made mistakes. Also the most interesting things about Jacob was that he couldn’t listen.
What did I learn most about?	I learned about painting and vivid on my work and I learned about working so hard on my writing.
